Suzanne L. Cochran

Prior to moving to Colorado, Mrs. Cochran opened and oversaw a satellite office for a large regional plaintiff law firm based out of Memphis, Tennessee where she practiced personal injury law. While at the firm, she developed experience in medical malpractice, premises liability, trucking accidents, and motor vehicle accidents. The transition to Colorado was precipitated by her interest in bad faith insurance litigation and Colorado’s intolerance for insurance company misconduct involving unreasonable delay or denial in the payment of claims.

Mrs. Cochran earned her B.S.B.A. in Marketing and Management from the University of Southern Mississippi. After graduation, she worked as a sales professional in the pharmaceutical industry and thereafter, decided to pursue her law degree. While attending law school at the University of Mississippi, Mrs. Cochran received the American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence in Pre-Trial Practice and was chosen to serve as a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council. While a law student, she also participated in the Elder Law Clinic where she assisted elderly citizens in the community with estate planning matters.

In her spare time, she enjoys running, biking, hiking, yoga, exploring the beautiful state of Colorado and spending time with her family, friends and her Golden doodle, Lola.
